All felt like a burden too heavy.

Broken and left torn on the living room floor,
I remained trying to reassemble a puzzle with missing pieces.
A dream was dying with every mile conquered driving north on I-5.
Dreams would be replaced.
Finding ourselves under the same roof became paramount.
